Cancellation

Since the product is fully customized we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.

At Jesty.in, every product is crafted with care using high-quality printing technology. However, due to the nature of digital images, screen settings, and printing processes, some variations may occur. This policy explains what customers can expect regarding product appearance, printing, and eligibility for replacements/refunds.

1. Mockup vs. Actual Product

  • The images shown on our website and social media are mockup representations.
  • The final product may have slight variations in color, brightness, and finish compared to the digital mockup.

These differences are normal and unavoidable due to:

  • Screen brightness and color calibration (every device displays colors differently).
  • Printer settings, ink absorption, and material surface finish.

2. Printing Quality & Variations

  • Minor color shifts (lighter/darker shades) are common in custom printing.
  • The alignment of designs may vary slightly depending on the mobile model/case size.
  • Small texture or finish differences (matte/glossy effects) may occur.
  • Such variations will not be considered defects.

3. Photo Cases (Customer Uploaded Photos)

  • Customers must upload a high-resolution (HD) photo for the best results.
  • Printing output quality will directly depend on the clarity, resolution, and aspect ratio of the uploaded image.
  • If a low-quality/blurry image is uploaded, the print may appear pixelated or unclear.
  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for color differences, resolution issues, or distortion caused by the uploaded image.
  • We will adjust the photo to fit the case dimensions and print area, which may result in slight cropping/resizing.

Copyright Responsibility:

  • The customer holds the full rights/permissions for the image they upload.
  • Jesty.in will not be responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from the use of uploaded images.

4. No Refunds / Replacements for Printing Variations

Since all products are custom-made on order, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Color mismatch between mockup and actual product.
  • Slight difference in design placement or brightness.
  • Minor printing/texture variation due to manufacturing process.
  • Quality issues caused by customer-uploaded low-resolution images.

We only replace/refund in cases where:

  • You receive the wrong product/model/design than what you ordered.
  • The product is physically damaged during delivery.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are advised to double-check the selected model, design, and spelling (for name/personalized cases) before placing the order.
  • Once an order is placed, it goes directly into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Our Commitment

  • We use premium quality cases and printing inks.
  • Every product goes through strict quality checks before shipping.
  • We ensure durable prints that do not fade easily under normal usage.

Replacement

If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition, you can contact our customer support via email at jestyindia@gmail.com  or call us on     +91 8870333270. You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products are customized on order, and the replacement will be shipped in 1-5 days. Unboxing Video is mandatory for any claims.

Refund

If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, the refund will be processed from our end within 1-3 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 3-5 business days. Unboxing Video is mandatory for any claims.

Return and Refund Not Applicable for:

When you place an order, you will be asked to confirm certain details like the item’s size, design, model and spelling. Failure to provide accurate information does not qualify for exchange or refund. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, and model.
